Dusty Spring Clean Terms of Service

1. Introduction
These terms and conditions govern the use of services provided by Dusty Spring Clean, an eco-friendly cleaning company. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before engaging our services.

2. Services
2.1 Scope of Services: We provide eco-friendly cleaning services for residential and commercial properties. Our services include, but are not limited to, general cleaning, deep / spring cleaning, move-in / final clean, and end of tenancy cleaning.

2.2 Service Limitations: Our services are subject to availability and may be limited by factors such as location, accessibility, and the size or condition of the property. We reserve the right to refuse service if we determine that it poses a risk to the health and safety of our employees or if it violates any applicable laws or regulations.

3. Pricing & Payment
3.1 Pricing: The pricing for our services is provided on our website but if you're unsure about pricing, feel free to contact us for a free quote. Prices may vary depending on factors such as the size of the property, specific cleaning requirements, and any additional services requested.
3.2 Payment: Payment for our services is due within 3 days of the invoice date, or as otherwise agreed in writing.
If payment is not received by the due date, a late payment penalty fee of $25 may be applied. If payment is not received within 7 days of the invoice date, a $5 administration fee will be added to your invoice for each week the payment remains outstanding. Continued non-payment may result in referral to a debt collection agency or legal action, with all associated costs and recovery fees added to the outstanding amount.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
4.1 Cancellation by the Customer: If you need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment, we require a minimum notice period of 3 days in advance, but we understand that this timeframe may not always be possible. However, failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service fee will be charged.

4.2 Cancellation by the Company: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment due to circumstances beyond our control, such as staff illness or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative appointment or offer a refund.

5. Customer Responsibilities
5.1 Access to Property: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure access to the property at the scheduled cleaning time. If we are unable to access the property or if there are any restrictions or hazards that may affect the provision of services, the customer must inform us in advance.
5.2 Customer's Property: While we take utmost care when providing our services, the customer is responsible for securing any valuable, fragile, or sensitive items. We shall not be held liable for any damage or loss to such items unless it is due to our negligence.

6. Liability and Insurance
6.1 Liability: We strive to provide high-quality and eco-friendly cleaning services. However, we shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the provision of our services, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, or loss of revenue.
6.2 Insurance: We maintain adequate public liability insurance coverage for our services. Our insurance coverage is subject to the terms and conditions of our insurance policy and applicable laws. Any claims for damages must be reported to us within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Preparing for the Cleaning:
We kindly request that you refrain from cleaning before our arrival, but please tidy up as much as possible. If items are left lying around, we may not know where to store them. This allows us to be more efficient and focus on providing a detailed and high-quality service.
While we enjoy meeting and chatting with our clients, we prefer that the house is unoccupied during the cleaning process. This allows us to work efficiently and provide the best service, but we understand that this may not always be possible.
